There are two ways to fix it. One is to switch the playback sound from the ear to the iPhone’s speaker. I switched to an older bionic ear that doesn’t connect to the phone. I could not change the microphone to point to the iPhone’s speaker instead of my bionic ear. Therefore, it wasn’t captioning anything. Because of this, the Live Captions aren’t getting any sound.
